ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of Thorload. By using Thorload, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you should leave Thorload immediately. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on Thorload. You agree to be bound by any modification to this agreement when you use Thorload after any such modification is posted; it is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly.
Thorload may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the services to any entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
ELIGIBLITY
You may use the website and services only if you can form a binding contract with Thorload, and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
The use of this website and services for children under 13 years is prohibited and older children should be supervised and given appropriate guidance in their use of our website and services. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the content and/or services are appropriate for their child.
By using the services, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into this agreement.
HOW IT WORKS (Thorload)
You can sign up for free at Thorload. You have to register with an actual email address. Then you will be allowed to write, schedule and send emails. After login you will find yourself at your Dashboard. If you are a first time visitor and had never scheduled an email on Thorload, you will see 3 Buttons. Otherwise you will also see a comprehension of your scheduled emails.
THE BUTTONS
On the platform you will find the following buttons:
New Email: This Button will let you schedule emails. The Button also tells you how many mails you can schedule. As a free member you can schedule 3 emails at a time. You have to enter the email address your message should be delivered to. Also, a subject and a message. The email will be sent from our email address, Mjölnir to be exact, Thor’s Hammer, will carry it. To avoid any confusion or fraud or whatsoever we will add a line of text above your message telling that it is you sending this mail using our service. Test it, send yourself a mail and see what it looks like!
One piece is missing! The time you want your email send. Choose a date and time in the future and hit “schedule”. We try our best to keep the times you set, but there may be some delays due to server load during very popular sending times. So please keep in mind that we can’t promise super precise exact timing. You set your time zone and we do the rest. The times you choose are valid in your time zone. If you want to change the time zone just hit the second button:
User Settings: You will see a brief comprehension of your contact data, login dates and Membership status. You can also change your contact data, Password and Timezone here. To change your email or password you need to enter your current password. Hit the Update Button and the changes are saved. There is another Button that tells "Manage membership" it leads you to the same place as the third Button from the Dashboard:
Go Pro: From here you can buy a Pro Membership. This will allow you to use up to 50 timeslots for your emails at the same time! You can also add a blind copy to your emails and you get rid of our small disclaimer on top of your messages. Instead we will make a super nice "Reply-To" Email header for you.
ACCOUNT
If you register on Thorload, you will be required to choose a password and username, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Thorload of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another User’s account without prior authorization from Thorload. Thorload will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.
You may control your user profile and how you interact with the service by changing the settings in your account. By providing Thorload with your email address, you consent to our use of such email address to send you notices regarding the service, including those required by law, in lieu of ordinary mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to service features and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them via the contact information. Unsubscribe may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, upgrades or offers.
ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION
The users may terminate their accounts any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on Thorload. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to Thorload.
Thorload reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Thorload believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished Thorload with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Thorload offers annual subscriptions (€12 Euros).
There is no money back option. Once you pay €12 Euros, you will have 12 months of Pro Membership. If you want to test if this is the right thing for you, you can do this anytime as a free member, with the limitation of only being able to use 3 timeslots for your emails at the same time.
When you place an order for a subscription, you are offering to buy the subscription for the advertised price declared on the website, in accordance with the features offered on the website. Please check the price and characteristics of the subscription, before placing an order.
When a website user with the intent to purchase a subscription on the website, places an order, Thorload will send that user an email to confirm that the order has been received. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of their subscription details. The subscription will be active for a period of 12 months. After payment, your account will be upgraded directly to a Pro account. After the 12 months have passed, the user can choose to renew the subscription.
Thorload may cancel any sale and not supply services if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of the subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the subscription will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
PRICES
Thorload reserves the right to determine pricing for the subscriptions. Thorload will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Thorload may change the fees for any subscription or service, including additional fees or charges. Thorload, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of Thorload users.
PAYMENTS
Subscriptions and reservations will be paid through “Stripe” (payment platform available on Thorload).
Payment will be debited from your credit card or debit card immediately on you placing the order for the subscription you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide.
Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the subscriptions. Thorload reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the subscriptions.
LICENSE TO USE THE PLATFORM
Thorload gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Thorload as part of the services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by Thorload, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
The user agrees not to use the platform and the services negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the user agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests or rights of Thorload or third parties.
This service prohibits sending of messages, that: (1) Any kind of messages that are catalogued as SPAM. (2) Are harassing, abusive, defamatory, obscene, in bad faith, unethical or otherwise illegal content (3) distribute trojans, viruses or other malicious computer software (4) Are intending to commit fraud, impersonating other persons, phishing, scams, or related crime (5) distribute intellectual property without ownership or a license to distribute such property (6) Breach, in any way, the terms of service, privacy policy or rules of this web site or the recipients.
Thorload reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Thorload believes that you have violated any of these terms or interfered with the use of the website or service by others.
DISCLAIMER
We will not be responsible for the loss or theft of data through the use of the platform and services. We do our best to keep your data safe. Even so, there may be a possibility that some messages are not delivered on time or not delivered at all or that some third party tries to access our deeper core. Thorload is not responsible if this situation occurs. the use of the platform and services is always at your own risk. Thorload is also not responsible for the content of messages sent by users, the use of the platform and the content of messages sent through the platform is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the users.

“Third-Party Materials” means any content, images, videos, texts or other material that is owned by a third party, such as stock images, videos and texts.
